RT3T™ is a structured approach to literacy and assessment.

It supports and develops equity, student agency, wellbeing and cohesive school cultures.

It also provides a framework for students to develop the necessary skills to achieve the NCEA co-requisites.

RT3T™ PLD involves instructional coaching, co-teaching, collaborative workshops and a multi-phase implementation model. We work in partnership with you to embed this modernised, evidence-based reciprocal teaching in a way that is responsive to your unique context.

RT3T™ allows teaching staff to embed the Principles of Assessment for Learning, as well as providing a structured teaching strategy designed to support students of all ages to improve their reading comprehension, vocabulary and thinking skills.
